Pokračování společné četby Platónova ústředního dialogu Faidros. V minulém semestru jsme se dostali na začátek druhé Sókratovy řeči a číst začneme od strany 246a. Jelikož právě začínáme s centrální částí dialogu, lze se do četby bez problémů zapojit i bez absolvování minulého semestru, a i noví účastníci kurzu se tak seznámí s klíčovými Platónovými názory na povahu lásky a řeči.
Každý student si předem nastuduje jeden z vybraných úseků primárního textu a s pomocí cizojazyčné sekundární literatury jej bude v rámci svého referátu komentovat. Budeme pracovat s českým překladem Platónova textu, vítána je ovšem i práce s originálem, příp. alternativně s překlady do dalších moderních jazyků.
