Information for Visiting International Students
The Department of Philosophy offers courses in all areas of philosophy. Each term there is a number of courses taught in English, mostly within the English MA programme "Ethics and Political Philosophy" that is partly run but the international research Centre for Ethics as Study in Human Value. Doctoral study concentrates on further development of the topic that the student has chosen individually after consulting his or her supervisor. The study aims at promoting the student’s own research activities (publications, conferences, research grants). The doctoral student participates in the academic activities of the department and can take part in teaching.
