This week, two of our PhD students--Matti Syiem and Aneta Kohoutová--successfully defended their dissertations!
On August 26th, Matti presented "The Role of Shame and Remorse in the Moral Development of Children" and defended it in lively discussion with external reviewers Christopher Cordner (Melbourne) and Megan Laverty (Columbia).
On August 27th, Aneta presented "The Ethics of Public Spaces: In between the lived and built environment." Her examiners were Maria Robaszkiewicz (Paderborn) and Vladan Klement (Czech Technical University in Prague).
We are very proud of each student's performance, and look forward to following their careers in the years to come
